photo catch up

This is who all keeps me busy these days! I so enjoy the visits to Mummi's house....I forget to take pictures! But here are a few. November in Pa with Gabe, (he loves me)....and February with Oliver after his dreaded bath, Lilly and Brucie enjoying theirs. I gave haircuts after, have to ask the Mom for the photos of that I guess! Mummi business is great business!

Merry Christmas To all!

My early Christmas present. I have wanted an over the stove microwave for AGES! We were shopping for a fridge and saw one on clearance and I jumped. We had the cupboard removed to make room and the carpenter created this space above-perfect for my Christmas Village!

Fun with the Grands

This is a playground in Doylestown, Pa. Yes, it's 4 stories high and a maze of pathways up and down. Yes, I went down the slide! It's DARK in there!

Even though the weather wasn't great, this was a great way to work off the "nitrogen in your feet" as my Dad would say to restless kids.

Our Pennsylvania Grands

We arrived at the Grands on Halloween evening, and "Link" was waiting for us out front, passing out candy to the few straggler trick or treaters. Logan has all the moves of the video character Link, even does the spin and fall when Link loses his "hearts". John and Steph colaborated on the outfit.....John is the expert on authentic Link gear.

Gabriel was all ready out of his suit when we arrived, he couldn't have his "supper" in that great outfit made by the neighbor.

Busy Week!

A busy and fun filled "weekend" last week. Monday we ate our way through the Fryeburg fair with the 5 Maine grands and their parents. Then on Tuesday we went apple picking and had a birthday party for Levi at the orchard. (He is 10 now!)

The views from the top of the ridge were spectacular, a perfect spot to try out Pappa's new camera. I'll need to prepare a slide presentation to put all the pictures in but here are a few that Pappa snapped and a couple that I took with the idea to recreate them in watercolors someday.

Capturing the Moments

Here are a few more pictures from the summer. I can't believe it's almost September and our company is all gone.

Fortunately, I have a few grands still around to keep me company.

What A Summer We've Had!

Here are a few pictures of the many, many we have taken this summer during the visits. I'll fish around for more to complete the role call of all the grands.

We just love our Tea Parties!
