Little Wonders

So we are potty training. I say we because there are moments that it takes more than one to accomplish it!

Last Tuesday Brucie was helping me put laundry away and he suddenly said, "I need a towel!!" There was a puddle around his feet. I called down the stairs to Bridget, "We need a towel .....and a mop!" ( so glad we have hardwood floors)

But with just a couple of puddles and towels, he is doing very well and earns money every time he goes so he can have shopping trips for rewards. Of course, the rest of us just have to buy a few things too while we are out....so we are all getting rewarded for the process.

The other endearing thing that he has learned from somewhere.......is to "toot" and then say "MUmmi did it"!!!! Today he was popping out several in a row until his mother panicked that there might be something else going on so called a halt to it. I kept hearing "mummi did it" over and over.....Gotta love it!
